The QINIQ network is operated by SSi Micro Ltd. A Northern owned and operated company based in Yellowknife.

People. Ideas. Technology. Our slogan wasn't born in a boardroom; it wasn't concocted in the office of a marketing agency or calculated in a focus group. Our slogan grew organically based on the top three things the company considers a valuable asset in the path to success, in that order.

The SSi philosophy is simple. Our founder once said "the only reason we are not building rocket ships is that no one here has taken the initiative to try it yet".

 As operators of the QINIQ network SSi is responsible for ensuring that there is local service and support available in all 25 Nunavut communities. We provide training and support to Nunavut’s network of CSPs. At the end of the day we are responsible for ensuring that our customers are receiving a high level of service and support.

Current opportunities:

 SSi is currently looking for a Community Service Provider in Kugluktuk. In this position you are responsible for signing up accounts and providing support for broadband Internet services in your community.  Training is provided.
